NEW YORK GIANTS | Head Coach Brian Daboll | Satisfaction index: 5 | After leading New York to the playoffs and winning Associated Press NFL Coach of the Year in 2022, Daboll has five wins and is 30th in the league in 2023.

SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS | Head Coach Kyle Shanahan | Satisfaction index: 9 | Shanahan has led the 49ers to the NFC Championship Game in three of the last four seasons, and they are in prime position to return to the top spot in the NFC this season. But he’s suffered some ugly losses in big games and needs to win a championship with the all-star talent he’s coaching. SEATTLE SEAHKS | Head Coach Pete Carroll | Satisfaction index: 4 | The Seahawks will always have a chance to at least compete for the playoffs as long as Carroll is the head coach. But their ceiling seems to be limited by mediocrity over the last three years (24-27 in the playoffs). – Adam Gretz NFC North CHICAGO BEAR | Head Coach Matt Eberflus | Satisfaction index: 8 | The Bruins will miss the season for the third straight season, but a slight but encouraging improvement in Eberflus’ second season has likely secured him a spot on the sidelines for 2024. He helped secure a franchise record and best record (11–5) in nearly a decade and its first division title since 1993. PACKAGES OF GREEN BAY | Head Coach Matt LaFleur | Satisfaction index: 8 | Thanks to overcoming injuries and a 3-6 start, the Packers are 18 wins away from a playoff berth in Week 1. Additionally, the offense ranks 11th (22.9 PPG) despite being led by inexperienced QB Jordan Love, who has no big weapons. at the skill positions. LaFleurand#039;s fingerprints are all over this success story.
