Sources such as the Daily Mail are jumping on the rumor that Spurs are in talks with the forward, who received an offer from Chelsea in the summer. He ended up staying at Club Brugge, where he continued his impressive form from last season.
His club reportedly want £25 million plus a loan back for the Norway international until the end of the season. That seems cheap compared to what we paid for full-backs a year ago.
