Exclusive:Chelsea reduce asking price and willing to accept loan offers for star forward

Chelsea now on loan for Armando Broja to help balance books
Chelsea look desperate to find a suitor for Armando Broja after selling him. I want to make a profit after spending big last summer.

According to the Sun (h/t Metro ), the Blues have reduced their asking price for Broja to £35m and are even willing to accept a loan offer for their academy striker. The Blues are aware of other clubs’ FFP issues and are letting Broja do a short-term deal with an obligation to buy in the summer.

The striker, who has made 13 appearances for the Blues this season and scored two goals, is now even ready to go out on loan. Broja returned from a knee injury last August and was used mostly as a substitute.

With Nicolas Jackson qualifying for the Africa Cup of Nations, Albanian Mauricio Pochettino is the only striker and is trusted by the Argentina manager.

Chelsea believe Broja’s departure will give the club the easiest win, which will also help the west Londoners balance book sales with over 100% net profit.

The 22-year-old has attracted interest from Premier League sides including West Ham, Fulham and Wolves, but they will not pay £50m for the striker, forcing the Blues to cut his fee. and even accept a loan in his name.

When we sell our academy players like Mason Mount, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Fikyao Tomori, we make a healthy profit. If Chelsea do not do well, they will succeed by joining other teams. Broja will have to make a smart choice as his playing time will be drastically reduced and he will struggle to succeed here if we decide to sign a striker.

Moving to other Premier League teams is more beneficial, even if it is short-term. Chelsea will be desperate for a win as they look to strengthen certain areas such as the defence, No 9 and midfield..
