In January, Yuki Kobayashi is permitted to go on loan from Celtic. In an effort to place the Japanese central defender in a position where he can receive regular playing time, Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has decided to get him out on the field.
Before being hurt in the summer, Rodgers acknowledged that Kobayashi was available for loan; however, the Irishman also stated that the player has been training well. This information was reported by The Scottish Sun.
To be fair to Yuki, he was hurt right before he was supposed to go out on loan.
