Bayern Munich are reportedly planning a bid for Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton after missing out on him during the winter transfer window.
Wharton joined Crystal Palace from Blackburn Rovers in January and has performed admirably in Oliver Glasner’s midfield.
The 20-year-old was signed by Roy Hodgson and struck the ground running, but his game has improved significantly under Glasner, with rumors of an England call-up ahead of the European Championships this summer.

According to The Sun, the Bavarians are ‘desperate’ to get Wharton this summer and are’ready to move’ for him ‘in the second attempt’.
Bayern reportedly had an 18-month plan to develop the player before promoting him to the first squad, which Chelsea was also interested in.
