A done deal for West Ham as the welcome Eiran Cashin come January

According to TEAMtalk, David Moyes, the manager of West Ham, is allegedly planning to sign Derby’s Eiran Cashin during the January transfer window. This could potentially mean the departure of one of our longest-serving players.

If the manager of the Hammers is to lead his team to a successful 2023–24 campaign on all fronts, he will have a lot of work to do in January.

Moyes’s center-back position seems to be one area of weakness, with Kurt Zouma’s fitness still a source of concern, Konstantinos Mavropnaos still getting used to Premier League life, Nayef Aguerd looking extremely prone to mistakes, and Angelo Ogbonna approaching his 36th birthday.

Oggy’s tenure at West Ham may soon be coming to an end, in my opinion.

The Italian has only made 111 games.

He has played Premier League minutes for the Hammers this season (Transfermarkt), but lately, he has appeared to be moving very slowly when he takes the field.

For about £8 million in the summer of 2015, West Ham signed the 35-year-old from Italian powerhouse Juventus (The Daily Mail).

And I believe that in the summer he might be on his way.
