“Breaking:Death cases recorded in parade shooting”Deeply Tragic” Travis kelce narrates”

After the Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl, Travis and Jason Kelce spoke about the tragic shooting at the team’s parade. The professional sportsmen stated that they filmed the upcoming episode on Wednesday, February 21, prior to the shooting, in a video that they shared on the Instagram page of their podcast, “New Heights.”

Travis, 34, said, “We have a prerecorded episode for you guys coming up on Wednesday but it didn’t feel right without you hearing from us first after the tragic events at the Super Bowl parade in Kansas City.”
“We just wanted to say our hearts go out to all of the victims, their families, Chiefs kingdom, and really all of Kansas City that was there on a day to try and heal,” Jason, 36, said a day intended to honor the community. It is regrettable and quite awful that these things happened.

“I want to thank the local law enforcement that sprang into action, first responders on scene, and anybody that has been willing to help those affected by this tragedy,” the Philadelphia Eagles player continued.

Travis said that in order to allow their listeners to donate to individuals in need, they would provide a link to the Kansas City Chiefs emergency response fund. He stated, “Your donation supports mental health services, violence prevention, and victims and their families.”

The clip concluded with Jason acknowledging that Kansas City residents have rallied together to support those affected by the shooting. “We’re still figuring out a way for us to be involved and, obviously, you can donate to these links right now, but we plan on doing something in the future,” he explained.

On February 14, 22 individuals were hurt during the victory march, and one person lost their life as a result of gunfire. After the incident, three minors were taken into custody by the police; however, one of them has since been freed. The other two, who have been hit with guns and are fighting arrest, are still being held at a juvenile detention facility.

Jason acknowledged at the end of the video that people in Kansas City have come together to support the victims of the shooting. He said, “We’re still working out how we can be involved. You can donate to these links right now, of course, but we plan on doing something in the future.”
