Chelsea owners make signing
Strasbourg have agreed to sign Serbian teenager Milos Lukovic from IMT Belgrade, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The 18-year-old had been a long-term target for Chelsea and their owners BlueCo, who also have a controlling stake in Strasbourg.
He is now expected to head to France for a medical and to complete the transfer.
Lukovic is already club captain at IMT Belgrade and has scored 11 goals in 20 appearances this season.
