The Philadelphia Eagles believe rookie safety Sydney Brown tore his ACL in Sunday’s 27-10 loss to the New York Giants, NFL Network reports. According to the report, Brown is scheduled to undergo tests on Monday to determine the extent of the injury. In 14 games this season, Brown has 45 tackles. He also has one interception, a 99-yard pick 6 against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 17.
Brown (23) was selected by Philadelphia in the third round (66th overall) of the 2023 draft out of Illinois. The Eagles fell to New York 27-10 on Sunday and finished the regular season with an 11-6 record.
