Tottenham Hotspur wants to sign Antonio Nusa during January, negotiations between Club Brugge and Spurs are currently in progress.
Nusa, who has had a great season, has made several appearances for Club Brugge and Norway this season.
Spurs want to sign Nusa because of his potential, but a deal may not be completed until the summer as Nusa remains on loan at Club Brugge until then.
Tottenham Hotspur still want to sign Antonio Nusa in the January window, even if the striker does not join in north London before the end of the season, transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has revealed to GIVEMESPORT.
Spurs have been busy in the transfer market since Ange Postecoglou joined, spending more than £200m since the former Celtic boss arrived in the summer. So far in January, both Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin have signed Nusa with Spurs – previously described as “crazy” and #039; — has been presented as a possible second coming.
And according to Romano, both Club Brugge and Spurs are negotiating a transfer to Nusa.
Nusa on Spurs’ radar after positive start to career
Antonio Nusa
Itand#039;You could say 2023/24 has been a bit of a breakthrough season for Nusa so far, both at club and international level. At the end of last season, the teenager made sporadic appearances at Club Brugge before establishing himself in the Belgian squad and this time the first team.
Halfway through the season, Nusa has played an impressive 27 times in all competitions for Club Brugge, scoring four goals and providing a further three assists. It also included the minutes spent on the pitch in Europe, and the Brugge team remained unbeaten in the group stage of the European Conference and qualified for the next round as winners.
Elsewhere, the forward has also broken into the Norway squad this season and his excellent performances at Club Brugge have been rewarded with a senior international appearance. Having participated in two different camps, Nusa has already scored three times for the Norwegian national team, which shows the immense quality and exciting potential of the 18-year-old.

Nusa moves Spurs become reality
This and exactly why Tottenham are keen to snap up the striker early as they believe he could develop into one of the continent’s hottest talents. Romano revealed to GIVEMESPORT earlier this week that talks between Spurs and Nusa are ongoing and the capital club want to complete the deal this month.
An Italian reporter said that two meetings have already taken place between the two clubs as the deal nears completion. However, Romano was quick to point out that Tottenhamand#039 have not yet received an official offer.
All that could change in the final days of January, but without a doubt it will have to meet the big ratings of Club Brugge and Nusa. According to reports from Belgium, it is likely to be around £25 million, which is a lot of money for a teenager, but if Nusa fulfills his potential, it could prove to be a steal.

Fabrizio Romano Update – Spurs complete Nusa deal
When asked about Nusa’s latest move to Spurs, transfer pundit Romano was blunt about Tottenhamand’s interest and suggested the north Londoners want to sign the Club Brugge man. The only roadblock is finding out when Nusa will join Postecoglouand#039;, as Romano thinks it may have to wait until the summer:
“So the discussion is now with Club Brugge and it is not at the final stage. Also because the player. does not want to leave in January, so in this case the player and Club Brugge plan to finish the season together and then let the player leave in the summer transfer window.
“So Tottenham’s plan would be to sign the contract now and Antonio Nusa stay on loan at Brugge until the end of the season.”
Tottenham eye silverware after a long wait
Tottenham fans need no reminding, but it is now more than 15 years since Spurs’ last great glory. The League Cup- triumph in 2008 was the last time Tottenham lifted the trophy and Postecoglou is looking to end that wait this season. All eyes will be on the FA Cup for Tottenham if they want to win the trophy here.time around. However, they face a tough task in the next round as holders and three-time champions Manchester City visit the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Friday night.
A place in the fifth round of the FA Cup is up for grabs and the good news for Spurs is that City have never won at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. If this trend continues this week, the name of Tottenhamand#039; will be a possibility for the next round..
