Nine 49ers were officially named to the 2024 Pro Bowl, the most of any team in the NFL. 12 49ers were also named alternates. Basically, half of the 49ers starting lineup is made up of Pro Bowlers.
The nine 49ers named are DE Nick Bosa, DL Javon Hargrave, FB Kyle Juszczyk, TE George Kittle, RB Christian McCaffrey, QB Brock Purdy, CB Charvarius Ward, LB Fred Warner and T Trent Williams.
There is nothing surprising here, because each of these nine players deserves the honor of being named to the Pro Bowl. Alternates are WR Brandon Aiyuk, DL Arik Armstead, OL Aaron Banks, OL Jake Brendel, LB Oren Burks, LB Dre Greenlaw, CB Deommodore Lenoir, OL Colton McKivitz, LS Taybor Pepper, WR Deebo Samuelow, P. Mitch. and DL Chase Young. Everyone here also seems to agree that Lenoir is the flashiest. It shows how brave a player he is becoming.
There’s usually at least one player who gets a Pro Bowl nod, but when it comes to the 49ers, the list seems tight. Actually, Aiyuk is the only one who can be said to be handsome. He has been as sweet a player as far as receiving yards in the league this season. Aiyuk only makes songs.
However, NFC has wide receivers. Those names were Cowboys’ CeeDee Lamb, Eagles’ A.J. Brown, Rams’ Puka Nacua and the Buccaneers’ Mike Evans. Not even Lions’ Amon-Ra St. Brown was named, so it shows how incredible a year it was for NFC wide receivers.
It is not a pity that Aiyuki was not called a rookie because of his amazing quality. Regardless, it’s just unreal how much talent the 49ers have. No wonder they are ranked above the second best team in the NFC (whoever).
